Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) score cool new discounts
Apart from an impressive new high-end smartphone lineup, Samsung also has an impressive new high-end tablet in the pipeline, but if you’re afraid you won’t be able to afford the impending Galaxy Tab S6, the slightly less impressive Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) are on sale at decent discounts right now.
The lower-end Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) can also be purchased in a bundle with a half-off book cover keyboard designed specifically for use alongside the slightly thicker, less eye-catching, and powerful 10-incher. Interestingly, the 64GB variant is not discounted itself, while the entry-level 32 gig and upper-tier 128 gig configurations are up for grabs at $30 and $50 less than usual respectively.
That means the latest Tab A 10.1 edition starts at $200 instead of a $230 list price, with a neat keyboard accessory fetching an extra 50 bucks after a $50 reduction. Compared to the Galaxy Tab S5e, this thing comes with a lower-res, lower-quality LCD panel, less memory, a smaller battery, inferior sound technology, and no fingerprint scanner. Still, in terms of value for money, both Android Pie-running slates seem like knockouts right now.
