Disney’s video streaming service Disney+ is about to make a big splash in the video streaming market next week. Disney+ is launching in the United States on November 12, followed by Australia and New Zealand.

As for the rest of the world, Disney has been quite tight-lipped as to when the service will be available in other countries like the UK and the rest of Europe. Today, the company announced Disney+ will be available in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain on March 31, 2020.

That’s a long time before Disney+ will make it to Europe, and Disney even says the titles available in these countries may vary by territory, just like Netflix. Disney will reveal rollout plans for other nations soon, too.

Elsewhere, Disney has come to an agreement with Amazon over disputes over Fire TV carrying Disney+. According to the WSJ, Amazon and Disney have reached a deal which will allow Disney+ to work on Fire TV. And that means when Disney+ does launch on November 12, it should be available on the Fire TV, with built-in Alexa integration.
