Microsoft is releasing two new Windows 10 builds for Insiders today. For Insiders in the Slow Ring, Microsoft is releasing build 19041.208. And for Insiders in the Fast Ring, Microsoft is releasing build 19613.

In terms of new features, the new Fast Ring build doesn’t have anything new for Insiders, and it’s mostly just bug fixes and minor improvements. Microsoft is, however, rolling out a new update to the new Cortana app for Insiders in the Fast Ring.

The new update for Cortana doesn’t add any new features, but it makes its existing features available to more users. The new update enables two of Cortana’s key features, Assistant Conversations and Bing Answers, for more users.

With today’s update, Cortana’s Bing Answers and Assistant Conversations features are now enabled for users in the following regions and languages:

• Australia: English
• Brazil: Portuguese
• Canada: English/French
• France: French
• Germany: German
• India: English
• Italy: Italian
• Japan: Japanese
• Mexico: Spanish
• Spain: Spanish
• United Kingdom: English

What this essentially means is that you will now be able to conversate with Cortana like a regular personal assistant, and ask questions like “What can you do?”.

Microsoft says the features are now available in the regions/languages listed above with Cortana version 2.2004.1706.0. The company warned Insiders that the new update is being released as a staggered rollout, so it’s likely you won’t have it straight away.
